Hello everyone!
Firstly, thanks Gill for the awesome Japan stuffs.
Real cool.
Anyway, today went out with my team.
Supposed to meet at 6pm so I came at 5.45pm.
Slowly one by one appeared.
First I met was Delle.
Then, Tim.
Followed by Jared.
After that, Qinrui came with Desmond, Cheewee, Sylvia, Jansen, Gerald.
Then from don't know where,
Theo and Xiaoting appeared.
After that, the guys went to look for a spot to eat.
Upon reaching the place, we started playing cards while waiting for the girls to come.
We played.
And we played.
And we played.
Soon, it was going to be close to 8pm and the girls have yet to arrive.
Food was getting cold.
Stomachs were growling.
Suddenly, we saw them coming.
Feeling really happy, we turned towards the pizza boxes.
Only after opening one box we realized that some people were still on the way.
The wait continued.
People were hungry so in the end, we started without them.
After awhile, they finally came and we all ate happily ever after.
After that was even better.
Games were played.
Edmund was bullied (as usual).
It was fun.
It's been awhile since we got together and played like that.
Thanks for all the stuff that I got today.
Really appreciate it.

Leave out all the rest by Linkin Park
I dreamed I was missing
You were so scared
But no one would listen
Cause no one else cared
After my dreaming
I woke with this fear
What am I leaving
When I'm done here
So if you're asking me
I want you to know
[Chorus]
When my time comes
Forget the wrong that I've done
Help me leave behind some
Reasons to be missed
And don't resent me
And when you're feeling empty
Keep me in your memory
Leave out all the rest
Leave out all the rest
[End Chorus]
Don't be afraid
I've taken my beating
I've shared what I made
I'm strong on the surface
Not all the way through
I've never been perfect
But neither have you
So if you're asking me
I want you to know
[Chorus]
When my time comes
Forget the wrong that I've done
Help me leave behind some
Reasons to be missed
Don't resent me
And when you're feeling empty
Keep me in your memory
Leave out all the rest
Leave out all the rest
[End Chorus]
Forgetting
All the hurt inside
You've learned to hide so well
Pretending
Someone else can come and save me from myself
I can't be who you are
[Chorus]
When my time comes
Forget the wrong that I've done
Help me leave behind some
Reasons to be missed
Don't resent me
And when you're feeling empty
Keep me in your memory
Leave out all the rest
Leave out all the rest
Forgetting
All the hurt inside
You've learned to hide so well
Pretending
Someone else can come and save me from myself
I can't be who you are
I can't be who you are
I want it too
A friend went to U.S.
A friend went to Japan.
A friend went to Vietnam.
A friend went to Switzerland.
A friend went to Thailand.
A friend went to Malaysia.
A friend went to Hong Kong.
If it was primary school, the teacher would probably ask, " Okay kids! Write a composition on what you've done over the holidays."
Then, I'd say," I spent 80% of my holidays at Macritchie reservoir, YAY!".

Im a noob
Today,
I experienced something new.
First was the holding start.
It felt really weird.
Like I couldn't align my boat properly.
And the second thing was the feeling at the start line.
Totally sucks.
I was trembling all over.
Start within 10 secs!
~horn sounds~
I tried to get a head start but the Vietnamese just wouldn't let me go.
So, I stayed beside him.
Not realising that the Thai guy was getting the lead.
But the time I realize that,
it was too late.
Last burst of 200m wasn't enough.
Came in second for junior men k1 1000m.
Prize ceremony was awesome.
Small scale event but still,
the feeling was awesome.
To be standing on the podium.
It's really something else.
Different from all the local events.
Ah, its a start.
First time but definitely wont be the last.
Tomorrow k4 ,
may all go well.
Goodnight.!

Checkpoint
Tomorrow will be the day.
The day that I've been waiting for.
Waited for a long time.
So,
I'll do my best to make it perfect.
It may not be very big or grand
but it's definitely a start.
How far can I go?
Let's find out
TOMORROW!

Nbe
Good night everyone.
Today I had a neck-breaking experience. Literally.
I'll start out by wishing all my fellow muslim brothers and sisters,
Selamat Hari Raya Haji.
Day started out with my family and I going to the mosque.
After that is where is the fun begins.
I volunteered to help out with the process.
At first, I was asked to help carry the sheep up and hang it so that it can be skinned.
After awhile, I got bored. It was not very fun.
So I decided to switch jobs and found myself being taught on how to remove the head from the dead sheep.
It was really cool!
I learned how to cut around the whole neck and find the joint which joins the head and the neck together.
After locating it, I make sure that the I have a firm grip on the head.

3
I twist the head with a sudden jerk.
CCCCRRRRRAAAAAAKKKKKKKK!!!!
I could hear the joints being dislocated.
After that, just twist it a few more times and pop goes the head.
Spend the whole morning doing that.
It was really cool.
Much cooler than last year where I only get to cut the meat.
Next year, I will learn how to skin the sheep.
EXCITING!
haha
ok!

YYYEEEEAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
OK,
here's the thing.
SEACC in exactly a WEEK away.
Training had been fun. Especially the k4. This would be my second time in a k4 event. The last time I did was during NCC. Today I finally got to try out the nelo k4. SWEET!. So much more comfortable than the regatta. Front man finally back from his holiday. Need more practice in the k4 which is why we're doing it again later this afternoon. I'm also starting to get the feel of using my new blade. It's not that bad. Feeling a bit sleepy right about now but have to leave for school later to watch Kallang Roar with the team. Hopefully I don't doze off halfway. I think it's going to be nice.
Other than that,
nothing much to say.
See you kids,
BYE!
